Order confirmation
When you have placed an order you will automatically recieve an order confirmation to your e-mail address. Please contact us if you want to change the order. Save the order confirmation until you have received the items. With any contact with us please give us your order number and name.

Prices
All the prices includes 25% VAT and are in Swedish kronor (SEK).

VAT and Duty
If you live within the EU you will pay Swedish VAT. If you live outside the EU and make an order the order will be without swedish VAT. Shipping fee
Minimum order value is 200 sek. The shipping fee for orders within Sweden is 79 SEK. The shipping fee for international orders is 300 SEK.

Delivery
Deliveries within Sweden is made by postpaket inrikes. The items will be sent to your nearest "utlämningsställe". Time for delivery within Sweden is normally 3 days. Some of the products can have a longer time of delivery during high seasons. Any divergence will be notified by e-mail. International orders (if the item is in stock) will be delivered within 7 work days.

Credit card payments
There will be no extra fees when paying with your credit card. If you choose to return your order the money will be transferred back to your creditcard. You can choose to pay with Visa or Mastercard. When you pay with your card the money transaction will be handled through our service provider Samport. The card info is sent cryptated via secured (SSL) servers.

Returns and exchanges

If you have paid with your creditcard we will return the money to the card when we receive the items. The items should be returned in its undamaged designer packaging, if not the item will not be accepted. The customer is responsible if the item is lost or damaged during the return.

Faulty goods
